Dale Barltrop: Brandenburg Concerto No.3
11:56
Performing the Brandenburg Concertos is a pure joy for MSO Concertmaster Dale Barltrop. Colourful, and imaginative works of the 18th century, the Brandenburg Concertos have become a defining feature of the 18th century. Using all the instruments at his disposal in Köthen, Bach created a series of works without parallel that set the standard for orchestral scoring. PROGRAM J.S. BACH Brandenburg Concerto No.3 ARTISTS Dale Barltrop, director Melbourne Symphony Orchestra
